New Affiliate Welcome Letter

Note: Your Password, Username, and Sitename and can be changed at any time. Just click Login at the top right corner of your site. Then click the drop down arrow next to your name. Click the word Profile at the top of the drop down menu, and a new set of tabs will appear. The tabs start with Personal Info, then Contact Info, etc. To the right of this line of tabs you will see 4 small horizontal lines. You can change your Password, Username, and Sitename by clicking these lines.
Product Order Instructions: 1- Go to your site, and click Login at the top right corner. Once you login, you will be in your Back Office. 2- Click Shop, then Place an Order, then Personal Purchase (order for yourself or your spouse), or Customer Purchase (order for someone else). Note: A spouse is not allowed to order as a customer under their spouse. Select the type of purchase, and then you will be directed to your back office store.
Note: If ordering for a customer be sure to enter the customer’s email address, and not your own if you want to earn the commission. If you enter the email address associated with your affiliate account for your customer’s purchase, then your sponsor will be paid your commission. The email entered determines who gets paid the commission. 3- Select your products. If you click the spinning cart at the bottom right of the product picture, only one unit will be added to your cart. If you want to order a quantity of two or more units you must click on the picture of the product. A new page will appear that gives you the opportunity to change the quantity. Then click the blue box Add To Cart. Note: if using a cell phone, scroll down to find Add To Cart. Click Continue Shopping or when you are finished selecting your products, click View Cart (upper left or cart icon located top right). Once you see that your cart is correct click Proceed To Checkout. The next page will show shipping and billing info. Edit if necessary. As you continue to check out, you will be given the opportunity to apply any commissions you have earned that are in your Wallet toward your purchase. You can make your purchase (or remaining purchase) using Visa, MasterCard, Discover or PayPal. If you have special instructions for the office, there is a special instruction or comment box located under the credit card info for your convenience. 4-After you finish using your back office….remember to click Sign-out. The sign-out tab is found in the drop down menu next to your name at the top of the menu bar. Place your curser on your name and the drop down menu will appear. The sign-out button is at the bottom of the drop down menu.
Give these Instructions to your Customers to Order: 1- Go to your sponsor’s site and click on Store in the menu bar at the top. 2- Select your products. If you click the spinning cart at the bottom right of the product picture, only one unit will be added to your cart. This email will be linked to your Basic Reset Customer Account and to all future orders. 4- Create a Store Account and Proceed To Checkout. 5- You will receive an email with your new Username and Password. Save this email or make note of your username and password because you will need them for future orders. 6- Change Password: Go to your sponsor’s link and click Store. Then click My Account and click Sign-In. Then click the drop down arrow next to your name. Click the word Profile at the top of the drop down menu. A new set of tabs will appear. The tabs start with Personal Info, then Contact Info, etc. To the right of this line of tabs you will see 4 small horizontal lines. You can change your Password by clicking these lines. Note: You can also change your personal, contact, shipping, and billing information by clicking My Account after you click Store.
Customers can Upgrade to become an Affiliate: 1- Go to sponsor’s site and click Store. 2- Once you are in the Store, click My Account. 3- Login with your username or email, and password. 4- Click on the green bar that says Click here to upgrade now! 5- Once you upgrade to an Affiliate, your username and password will remain the same and your username will also become your new Sitename. You can change all three in your new affiliate back office by clicking Profile in the drop down menu next to your name. Then click the 4 small bars to the right.
Commissions Payout – Paypal In order to receive your commissions, it is important that you enter your PayPal email address in your back office. Simply login to your back office and click the drop down arrow next to your name in the top menu bar. Click Payout Preference (you may need to click the 4 small horizontal lines to reveal the Payout Preference tab). Click on the drop down menu next to Payout method and select PayPal. Now enter your PayPal email address in the box below and click Update. If you don’t have a PayPal account, it is easy to create one and it is free. To access PayPal just click on this link, https://www.paypal.com/home, and follow the instructions. While you are there, you should consider requesting a PayPal Debit Card which is also free. The card is connected to your PayPal account funds and gives instant access to those funds. Use it as you would any bank debit card. Also, you will receive 1% cash back on all your purchases with the card. You can even use it in your Basic Reset back office to pay for your personal orders. To apply for your PayPal Debit Card, just click on Tools at the top of the page in your PayPal account. Then scroll down to Manage your business and click on PayPal Debit Card. Your information will appear and then just click on Agree and Continue. That’s it! You will receive an email notification that you have been approved and your card will arrive in the mail in 7-10 business days.
